AIADMK On Tamil Nadu Soldier Murder: A case of lynching of a 33-year-old army man has come to light in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu. It is alleged that a DMK councilor and others have killed an army soldier in a dispute over laundry. On Wednesday (February 15), the AIADMK has strongly attacked the DMK regarding this matter.
AIADMK spokesperson Kovai Sathyan said the killing of the soldier shows that whenever the DMK is in power, law and order is seriously compromised. It has gone to the extent of killing an army officer. Police is being used to wreak vengeance on AIADMK and other opponents.
What is the whole matter?
On this matter, the Krishnagiri police said that the police is looking for DMK councilor Chinnasamy in connection with the murder of an army soldier Prabhakaran in Krishnagiri. On February 8, Prabhakaran of Pochampally village had an argument with Chinnasamy over washing clothes at a water tank near their house. Chinnasamy, along with nine people, allegedly attacked Prabhakaran and his brother Prabhu the same evening.
6 people including corporator’s son arrested
Based on Prabhu’s complaint, the Krishnagiri police arrested six people, including Chinnasamy’s son Rajapandi, police said. The jawan, who was seriously injured in the attack, died in a private hospital on Tuesday. Police is looking for DMK councilor Chinnasamy, who is absconding since the day of the attack.
